Meet your hosts
Katy Theakston is The Wilding Witch, an intuitive & inspirational mentor and speaker who has helped hundreds of women to rediscover themselves through the development of self, spirituality and sisterhood.
She has 25+ years working in leadership roles and knows how to instinctively read, safely hold and intuitively guide women to step into their power.
Katy has spent the last nine years building her experience-led business and her work has been featured in titles including Kindred Spirit and Project Calm. She has guested on podcasts and hosted panels at wellbeing festivals, and won numerous awards in the Health & Wellbeing sector.
Katy loves twigs and hugs, and leads with an innate and warm authenticity. Her charisma is a beacon of inspiration for those she guides. It's no secret that she’s dedicated her work to supporting women and the earth.
Rosemary Riedel O’Brien is a mother, spinner, weaver, ceremonialist, folk herbalist and poet. She has been holding sacred space for women to connect to their alchemy and creativity through the ancestral crafts of weaving, spinning and natural dying for over 6 years. Her work combines the gentle teaching of practical skills with the symbolic and spiritual element of craft.
She has been holding sacred space for women to connect to their alchemy and creativity Rosemary’s work is inspired by the Earth and her elements. She works with heritage slow craft processes to combine ethical materials, spirituality and raw creativity - an alchemical combination that forms the foundations of her bespoke textiles and workshops that are rooted in ritual, reverence and authenticity.

The Knowledge that she shares along with Rose's ability to deeply listen to Spiritual threads and magical undercurrents translates across thousands of miles.
