Heal your Heart

Heal Your Heart is a three month programme where we will work with the powerful elements of air, fire, water & earth water to heal your heart. 

I will teach you how to work with the elements to heal & transform your life through the art of ritual practice. We will create space to reclaim your power & map a vision for your future, nurture & nourish your body through heart led movement & meditation & learn how to purify your body with the power of intention, ceremony & water. You will learn how to align to the rhythms of the wheel of life, be held in a safe space to allow energetic shifts to occur and feel freer, lighter & more in your happy heart.

The details
~ A three month programme of peace as we move into Spring
~ Six hour sessions, including phenomenal Guest Speakers
