The Wilding Escape ~ Spring 2023

The Wilding Escape is a four day retreat of creativity, connection & ceremony. A time to get creative, a time to move our bodies, a time to connect with Mother Earth and a time to sit joyfully in circle with women. A time to rest, replenish and restore.

The Wilding Escape is very much about you and what you need. If you need to rest, then rest is waiting for you. If you need to be out in nature, then nature is waiting for you. If you need to be cocooned in a blanket by the fire, then this is waiting for you too. There will be a good balance of movement, rest and creativity and you can join in with whatever feels good and comfortable for you in that moment.

This is a most intimate retreat with just eight women.

And please don't worry if you don't know anyone, Katy will be there to greet you with her signature hug, and all the women coming are warm, welcoming and rather wonderful!
