Your home is your sanctuary - which is your most favourite space?I have just moved into a new house, so right now every room is my favourite as it is all new and exciting. But in the past my bedroom has always been my sanctuary. I like to keep it peaceful, comfortable and super tidy. It is the place I go to stare into space and let my mind turn over and renew. There is nothing more indulgent and refreshing than lying on your bed for an half an hour during the day. It is self care at its best.
What is your creative process for making your ideal space?I create lots of interiors looks, but my personal choice is to ensure that furniture is super comfortable, colours blend beautiful there are always either plants or flowers in the space. An amazing quick fix which can transform a living space is to get dimmer switches fitted to all your lights - life changing.
What home rituals do you incorporate into your life?I light candles and fires. I am an Aries which is a fire sign so this might have something to do with it.
What mantra do you live by?
Feel the fear and do it anyway. It's not always easy but always worth it.
Favourite The Owl & the Apothecary product?
It would be the Aromatherapy Pulse Points - the smell can transform your mood. These are perfect to carry with you and apply whenever you need a little wellbeing boost.
